Campus Champions provide information on ACCESS and cyberinfrastructure resources to researchers and educators on their campuses and they assist users to quickly get start-up allocations of computing time. With nearly 800 current Campus Champions representing over 360 institutions nationwide, members of this active community engage in, and contribute to, lively discussions on trending topics and issues affecting research computing and data on our campuses, and gather annually at the PEARC conference to further share knowledge and inspiration.

Campus Champions NAIRR AI Mentorships
The Campus Champions AI mentorship program connects experienced Campus Champions with newer Champions and researchers, at their own institution or across campuses, for regular check-ins, personalized guidance, and project-focused support. By building facilitation skills and fostering collaboration, the program strengthens a sustainable network that empowers AI research nationwide.
