Using AI in HPC: What Works, What Doesn't
The Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC) empowers Ohio higher education institutions and private industry by providing capable, accessible, reliable, and secure computational services, including 400+ GPUs and dozens of AI-related applications. This session will provide some examples of client case studies, such as how dozens of art design students at Ohio University are utilizing devices such as iPads and digitizers to run Stable Diffusion at OSC as part of their course curriculum. This is facilitated by OSC’s Open OnDemand platform, which allows students to easily input text prompts and view the generated images, without requiring any specialized computational knowledge.
